How The RockBlades Technique Help?

With poor body posture, there is a tendency to develop unhealthy adhesions in the musculo-skeletal and related connective tissues that are very soft in nature. Proper treatment is often necessary to reduce pain associated with adhesions.  One of the best possible ways to treat such health problems is by means IASTM and more specifically, the Rockblades Technique.

This method of treatment can be very effective as it divides the collagen cross-links which results in the stretching of the soft tissue and muscle fibers. It increases the temperature of the skin which causes increased blood flow in the affected area.

The Value of the RockBlades Technique

Rockblades is a therapeutic approach used primarily by physiotherapists and chiropractors and by a very select few Massage therapists,  in order to therapeutically treat problems related to skeletal, muscle, and soft tissue injuries and to manage cumulative trauma and chronic disorders.
